The Saratoga

This year the Belmont is being held at the tracks in Saratoga, so we wanted to celebrate with the namesake cocktail of Saratoga Springs.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Pinhook Straight Rye Whiskey
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 oz cognac
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients save for the garnish to a mixing glass, add ice and stir.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
