Rye’d On was purchased at the OBS June Sale for $70,000 after breezing an eight of a mile in 10.0, a very fast time. His sire is Competitive Edge and our colt is 1 of 109 foals representing the sire’s first crop. He is out of the Halo’s Image mare named Crystal Image, a winner herself and he is a half brother to Crystal Rosario a stakes placed filly.
