Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Pinhook Rye
• 1.5 oz. Iced tea
• .75 oz. Simple syrup
• .75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
• 5 Mint leaves

Instructions

1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add mint and ice and shake.
2. Double strain into a Collins glass, over fresh ice.
3. Serve with a cocktail straw, garnished with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.

For a Crowd

Ingredients

• 1 750mL bottle of Pinhook Rye
• 25 oz. Iced tea
• 12 oz. Simple syrup
• 12 oz.  Fresh lemon juice
• 1 bunch Mint leaves

Instructions

1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a pitcher. Add mint and ice and stir.
2. Pour into a Collins glass, over fresh ice.
3. Serve with a cocktail straw, garnished with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
